Smart Pump is ideal for the high technology demanding applications in pharmaceutical, reactor and science industries. SmartPump Chamber Pumps consist of a tube like membrane which when compressed, pushes down on the liquid creating the pumping motion. Thanks to this ingenious solution, Chamber Pumps can pump almost any known liquid with any amount or size of solids. With gentle squeezing of the membrane, products with or without solids can be pumped without shear, air binding or pulsation. 


The product safety is extreme, there are no wearing, potentially failing, dirt introducing rotating or sliding components such as gears, pistons, lobes, rotors, screws, etc. in contact with product being dispensed. Contact materials can be Viton, Viton ETP, Silicon, NBR, EDPM, etc. based on process requirements. Smart Pump is ideal for difficult demanding products, such as corrosive, abrasive liquids, slurries, gasses with and without solids at high temperature range.

SmartPump automation

Due to unique design, minute quantities can be dispensed with extreme accuracy at high pressure without pulsation. The turn down ratio between max and min flow is 100 to 1 and the flow rate can be changed instantly without los of flow accuracy. The flow accuracy remains unchanged at all times and is not affected by wear over time since there are no wearing components in contact with product being dispensed. This also eliminates the need for calibration when changing products or line back pressure changes.


All instruments, control valves, dampeners are eliminated from the process line providing saving and reduction in product line down time for cleaning and maintenance. 


Smart Pump holds line pressure when not pumping. Pumping action can be started slowly to prevent pressure peaks on product line for additional safety. Smart Pump is self-priming and can be run empty or pump gas.


Smart Pump options includes heating/ cooling and ATEX. In addition to, inlet and outlet lines can be heated and cooled and connected to PLC controlled heated/cooled pressurized product tanks with dual mixers.


PLC control with total automation, monitoring, alarm system and data logging, with local and remote control makes Smart Pump perfect tool for high technology applications. Multiple Smart Pumps can be monitored and controlled from single local touch screen, from remote location. Operator can receive on their cell phones soft alarms of selected process parameters, tank, batch status etc. providing total digital manufacturing and process control

Process differences and benefits with SmartPump Technology

  1. All pump chambers are connected to and driven from central pump cabinet 
  2. All functions and datalogging for each pump can be accessed from central control cabinet or remotely from command center and via cell phones/tablets 
  3. Additional i/o are provided to connect tank level sensors, motors or other instruments for digital manufacturing   
  4. Product line flow meters, control valves, shutoff valves, and dampeners are eliminated providing cost savings and reduction in maintenance down time.
