SmartPump - Air Driven Pump

The Air Driven SmartPump with integrated PLC uses compressed air or inert gas to pump the liquid. Using either a check valve or ball valve configuration this highly efficient and low to high volume pump is an excellent choice as a replacement for traditional transfer pumps as there are no membranes that wear out.

SmartPump - Air Driven pump for Digital manufacturing

The Air Driven SmartPump with integrated PLC uses compressed air or inert gas to pump the liquid. Using either check valve or ball/pinch valve configuration this highly efficient and low to high volume pump is an excellent choice as a replacement for traditional transfer pumps as there are no membranes that wear out or break


The PLC system has excess I/O to allow other monitoring instruments or control devices, valves, motors to be integrated into the controls, local and or remote. 


Due to full automation no additional instruments or control valves are required on the product line reducing costs and maintenance needs. Product flow can be started slowly to eliminate pressure peaks and stopped slowly. 


For dangerous liquids filtering system is used or membranes are installed inside the chambers to separate driving air from the liquid.


PLC control and data logging, provides quality assurance information regarding pump status, lines status, etc. Smart Pump can be operated and monitored from local operator screen or remotely or via cell phone or tablet for total digital manufacturing. Several Smart Pumps can be controlled and operated from one central control cabinet or remote location


General specifications

-Shear sensitive products, corrosive products with or without solids at flow accuracy better than +/-5%. 

-Flow rates from 0.6l/min up to 240m3/h with turn down ratio of 30 to 1

-Maximum pressure 30 Bar, suction 0.6 Bar depending on flow rate range

-Viscosity 50,000 cp with temperature range from -30c to 200C
